The ARCO A5000 is a custom-made counterweight balanced door designed for applications where security, superior appearance and control of noise or temperature are required. Suitable for both large and small openings, the A5000 delivers exceptionally high operational cycles with low maintenance. It can be tailored with a wide range of cladding and glazing options and is available in manual or motorised operation.

  • Motorisation only: No manual option. Includes guides, variable drive unit with manual release, independent limit switches, overhead shaft and control system.
  • Locking: Secured by the motor drive unit, with optional electric or magnetic locks for added security.
  • Cladding / Glazing: Flexible finish options including steel profiles (Trimdek, Custom Orb), glass (laminated or toughened), polycarbonate, Perspex, Laserlite, aluminium perforation panels and aluminium composite panels (ACP).
  • Installation: Vertical lift design requires headroom approximately double the opening height. Allow for clearances and permanent space during planning to avoid interference with drive-through and structural elements.
